Dylan began his journey into the world of music at age 11 when he learned to play percussion in a school band in the US. After returning to New Zealand a year later, Dylan decided to take up the drum-kit as a his instrument of choice and hasn’t looked back since. In 2008 Dylan moved to Melbourne to study a bachelor’s in audio production through SAE.
Now at age of 23, Dylan is practiced in many styles including, rock, blues, metal, big band jazz, funk, and even some Latin. Due to completing his studies in the audio field, he has exceptional understanding of studio drumming. Throughout years of practice, Dylan has become very methodical concluding that precision is key to becoming a great drummer.
