Thousand Needles In Red National Tour
Thousand Needles In Red National Tour

At first glance, Thousand Needles In Red resemble a familiar trope of the Australian music industry - the side-project. Formed in 2009 around the partnership of journeyman guitarist Tristan Bouillaut (most famously of Sydney rockers Kill The Capitol) and Vox Music Academy student, vocalist Clint Boge, (of Brisbane rockers The Butterfly Effect), the band's aggressive sound - coupled with members' pedigrees - saw them immediately positioned as a side-project of the more successful The Butterfly Effect.
CREEPSHOW – Saturday October 29, The Espy
CREEPSHOW - Saturday October 29, The Espy
The lineup for this year’s edition of Creepshow was extremely strong, and much devilish and rocking fun was had by all. Moroccan Kings took the stage, dressed as Red Indians, and tore the Espy front bar down with their funky but bold take on alternative rock. Their sound and performance is ultra quirky, but they have a massive sound for a three piece. Heaps of fun.
Gyroscope
Gyroscope at The Corner Hotel on Friday 18th November

Bands and artists have a habit of taking inspiration from basically everywhere, but for the Gyroscope boys, their biggest inspiration for their latest tour came from a trip of nostalgia. Already having kicked off the adventure last week, Gyroscope announced that this year, the setlist for their national Choose Your Own Adventure headline tour will be left entirely up to the fans. Call them lazy buggers, or call it a dream come true, all Gyroscope fans got the opportunity to vote on the band's Facebook page for the songs that they wanted to hear played live. At the end of the voting, the 16 songs with the most votes would then be put together as the setlist for the national tour. The voting is over, the tour has begun, and the boys couldn't be more excited. After all, for them, it was the easiest setlist that they've ever had to work with.

Chris de Cinque / Star Singing Teacher

Exclusive lessons with star teacher and lead singer from Closure in Moscow, Christopher de Cinque.
Chris has been vocalist of the Melbourne group Closure in Moscow since 2007. In 2008 the group signed with Equal Vision Records based in Albany, New York and have since gone on to achieve massive things both locally and internationally. Their debut full length First Temple (2009), produced the hit "Sweet#hart", which peaked at number 1 on the AIR charts. Chris has also toured extensively both here in Australia and internationally, including spots on both the Homebake and South By Southwest festivals, all dates of the 2010 Vans Warped Tour and runs across Japan and Singapore.
Chris became a student of Peter Vox in 2005 and together, worked on developing his style and technical ability, which has become a hallmark of Closure in Moscow’s sound. After being based in the U.S for 12 months, Closure in Moscow relocated back to their native Melbourne in 2010 and Chris is very excited to share everything he has learned both from Peter Vox, on the road, in the recording studio, live performance and teaching.
Chris has a relaxed and friendly personality and has a wealth of knowledge and experience. With a massive four octave range, Chris can help both males and females get the best out of their voice. Chris' classes will be run for a very limited time and limited spaces are available on Thursday afternoon and evening exclusively!!
